Rest assured that we are doing our part in helping slow the spread of COVID-19. We thoroughly clean all porous and nonporous areas of the vehicle, including hotspots- like the steering wheel, door latches, and the trunk. We make sure to clean and disinfect our vehicles to eliminate any cross-contamination. We politely ask that you also take your own safety precautions to create a worry-free experience.
You are welcome to use the toll pass on the windshield during your trip. I will later ask for reimbursement via the app after all the tolls have cleared for each toll you go through.
This vehicle uses Premium 93 gasoline, please return fueled otherwise an additional $10 will be added to the amount of gas that will be replaced. We ask you to please leave all gas receipts reflecting the use of 93 Premium gas in the vehicle, failure to provide a receipt will incur a $20 fee to your reservation.
My cars are loved and well cared for. I thoroughly clean them and keep them germ-free with rigorous cleaning regimens for your safety. With this in mind, I would like to let you know that if the car is returned anything less than what was given to you, such as SAND, dirt, and debris, a $25 fee will be assessed to your account. A good rule of thumb is to wash and vacuum the car before returning it. The sand is very tough to get out, so please be mindful of this.
Pro tip: Be careful touching the leather with sunscreen on your hands or body as this will stain the surface of the vehicle, and a claim will be made.
Please thoroughly check the car for any preexistent damages and document it upon check-in, I do a pretty good job at taking photos of these things but if you notice anything please let me know right away. Curb rashes happen all the time, and if this happens to you the wheels can be easily repaired. You are responsible for this and I request reimbursement per wheel at $95 each for the repair.
Due to COVID-19 we are now heavily encouraged to avoid contact with our guests-- for your safety and ours. For this reason, I park all vehicles in TERMINAL B at MCO. A parking ticket is left in the car that you will use to pay to exit the airport.
There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the vehicle. TURO charges a fee of up to $250 and will be assessed if you smoke or vape in the vehicle.
