Carlos was terrific, friendly, helpful and understanding when my trip dates changed! Very quick communication in English and Spanish. I highly recommend taking his car our for a trip in Costa Rica. I went to Arenal, Monteverde, Tamarindo and Nosara and had no issues with the car.
