Really horrible renter. She tried calling me multiple time although there was detailed instructions on how to access the car. Than she canceled and I had to spend 2 hours on the phone with Turo to get her trip rebooked. Finally, she returned the car and did not tell me, didn't even send a message. Just left it there... I had to find out the next day that the car was back.
