La persona que entrega el vehículo 0 cortesía y educación, malcriada y no tiene consideración con el cliente que llega de viaje. No lo recomiendo.

Tried very hard to please this client. Even picked him up from airport and gave him the vehicle two hours early. Very difficult customer. Tried to pay cash to keep car longer when it was not possible so he got upset. Did not want to return car at specified time. Made an issue with my co-host and was very rude to her. Also did not want to pay tolls on car and disputed it after I sent him toll receipts. We work hard to please our clients but unfortunately you can’t please everybody.

great renter, she is always welcome, very nice person, respectful, easy going, punctual, for sure will rent her again. highly recommend to all owner's, Ashley returned the car in perfect shape and extremely clean, I appreciate. hope see you soon.
