The car was not in the location that we were told and after several phone calls to the owner it took us 45 minutes to actually find the car. The owner opened the car remotely and did not meet us and give us any instruction about use of the car, how to open the car or how to lock the car, how do use the navigation system how to find charging stations. We watched a number of YouTube instruction videos and it was completely insufficient. We had to call several times to get the owner when picking up the car and the owner was not available by phone when we returned the car. Since the owner did not respond to our phone calls when returning the car so he could remotely lock the car, we have taken one key with us to ensure the security of the car and locked it ourselves. This was a nightmare experience and extremely stressful.We can’t even leave him a voicemail to tell him that we had the key because his voicemail box is full the idea to remotely rent a car without any contact with a human being is ridiculous

The exact location was sent to you via message and the Google maps link was very clear. Unfortunately, we are not available via phone at all hours but we will respond via message and Turo as soon as possible. After 500+ trips, not one guest had issues watching videos to learn how to drive a model 3. Sorry you had a bad experience. Please let us know how we can improve your experience for next time.
