Frank was very polite. On the 2nd day of rental, car. Roke down because the hybrid system malfunctioned. But he was kind enough to contact turo roadside assistance and helped me linked up. Kudos to turo for the great support too.

Hey Steve, the car hybrid did not malfunction. The 12V battery was defective and needed to be swapped and therefore the hybrid system message c xxl me up but car is totally fine now and completed another trip without a problem. Unless you are a mechanic able to diagnose the car I would not assume something is malfunctioning.
