Carl was extremely kind and helpful. We actually were passing through Santa Fe on vacation when our car A/C went out. We booked last minute and left our car in Santa Fe to be repaired. His vehicle was the only one available big enough for our family of 5 and it worked out perfectly for us to be able to continue on our family trip. He delivered it to our hotel with no issues. This car was awesome! Very easy to drive. The host was great - super flexible, timely, responsive, the car was clean. Even though I messed up my dates on my reservation, Mark worked with me last minute so I could keep the car as long as possible. Will definitely rent again when in Santa Fe!

I highly recommend booking with Mark. My plane was 3 hours late and Mark and his wife, Yvonne, met me at the Santa Fe airport at 12:20AM. He was very understanding and kind. The Jeep was clean and fun to drive. I would always book with him on trips to Santa Fe.

This is a great car and ever more awesome since you have to option to charge it to save on gas. Rented for my trip to Santa Fe. It was spotless and felt brand new. The host Carl was extremely accommodating. He was highly responsive and even went out of his way to work with me when my flight was delayed multiple times. 10/10!

Everything about this rental was perfect. Lily’s communication was amazing and she made everything work very smooth. So much better than renting from a big car company! The jeep was fantastic! It not only got us to every destination easy (some nasty weather, snow hail and ice) but it also got around 25 mpg for the whole trip! Thats a major bonus in this crazy gas price time. We will definitely book from Lily for our next trip to Santa Fe.

This was my first time using Turo and Adrian set the bar high. Very easy to communicate with and responds very quickly to inquiries and is also very accommodating. Adrian went above and beyond. The Honda Pilot was roomy and perfect for a four women hiking adventure and was able to accommodate our luggage and gear. For an SUV, it was surprisingly fuel efficient. The vehicle is clean and in great condition. Adrian will definitely be my go to the next time in Santa Fe.

This is the best car! Drives so smoothly and very quiet too. It is spacious and easy to maneuver. The gas mileage was excellent. The owner very responsive and caring to my questions. Side note. My elderly father could get in the front seat on his own and even buckle the seat belt due to the easy access. I will always look for this car to rent on my return trips to Santa Fe. Rebecca

Loved my first rental with Turo. The owner was very communicative , offered some flexibility in adjuting my pick up time. They kindly sent a photo of where the vehicle was and we found a clean and well maintained vehicle. It was an affordable option and felt like a car rental at hertz or similar [possibly easier] - would reccomend Christopher in the future!

Super great car! We were able to fit 3 people, 2 snowboard bags, and luggage easily. We also loved the heated seats! Christopher was very accommodating when our flight schedule changed and allowed for pick up and drop off at the Santa Fe airport.

I was in Santa Fe promoting my new novel-Inside the String. We had back to back promotions so we couldn’t afford any wrinkles. The Jeep was clean, gas economy was great, and the tires new. Los Alamos can be tricky if you don’t have a good rig. Mark provided directions and lots of information about places to eat. He is a wonderful host. 👍

Carl's brand new Jeep was an absolute pleasure to drive. Such a beautiful car, inside and out, but most importantly: this thing can move. I'll admit it was my first time driving a hybrid vehicle, but I was shocked at how well this Wrangler accelerated and handled. It's like a luxury European coupe inside a body that can handle desert terrain. No joke. Charging was super easy at our hotel in Santa Fe and with one recharge we managed to only use a 1/4 tank of gas over the course of two days and 150 miles. To add, Carl was a class act, kindly dropping the car off and picking it up on time and with a smile. One of my favorite Turo experiences. Highly recommended.

This was my first Turo experience and Adrian set the bar high ! I highly recommend booking with Adrian while in Santa Fe. He made the process so easy - was so kind & helpful , & goes above and beyond with customer service. Adrian made this an impeccable experience - literally will drop the car off & pick it back up at your front door with a smile on his face. The car was SO clean - you can tell Adrian really goes the extra step for his renters . The car was even stocked with beverages for our trip - I was truly impressed . Adrian is a local too and knows the city well - he shared some awesome recommendations for us that we wouldn’t of found on tripadvisor .

As a first-time user of Turo, I couldn’t have asked for a better host than Christopher! He helped guide me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and even provided some killer food recommendations during our stay in Santa Fe. To top it off, his Land Rover was pristine inside and out! It drove great and was exactly what we needed to explore the city and surrounding areas during our time there. Easily 5 stars!!
