Please check with your personal insurance and make sure you are covered before booking any of my vehicles. As a reminder, Turo policy states that guests are responsible for any eligible damage that occurs during a trip, whether or not you're at fault or caused the damage. In the unlikely event of a problem or an accident, we will be contacting your insurance and assist you in making a claim through them. When checking in: - Picture of your driver's license and insurance card. -Upload photos of the interior and exterior of the vehicle. This will protect you from fraudulent claims or misunderstandings of damages that could have occurred from previous guests. Always document the condition of the vehicle. When checking out: The car should be returned with a full tank. (receipts are required showing premium fuel). -Clean interior and exterior, and Please Upload photos. You can also save time and avoid additional fees by adding the prepaid refuel and the post trip cleaning options.
