Always a breeze

Car had many amenities! Location was easy to find! Pick-Up and Drop-Off was smooth! However, upon picking up the car it did not look freshly cleaned inside or out. (no tire shine, dirty door jams, dirty mirrors, crushed tobacco inside car cupholders and driver side door, and the windows had fingerprints/sticker marks) The lady upon pick-up did try her best to take sticker marks off window. But due to COVID-19 these issues were unsafe for my health. Because I received an unclean car I had to take it to the carwash following pickup which was inconvenient and an extra cost. Upon drop-off I spoke with a lady who was very defensive stating that the car had been cleaned prior and disinfected. This was not the kind of customer service I expected from Nissan. I understand sometimes companies slip up but I returned the car cleaner than I received it. Please think twice before renting. Car was great. But customer service and cleanliness not so much.
