Please read. -The “total miles included” on Turo is your mileage allowance for the entire trip. Please make sure you are aware of the number as any additional mileage over limit will be charged per mile. -A cleaning fee will be assessed to the guest if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty and is eligible under turo’s cleaning fee rules. -Turo has a strict no smoking policy that applies to all vehicles, guests, hosts and passengers. Any evidence of tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers will be grounds for a fee and account removal from Turo platform. -24/7 Roadside assistance is provided, if you are In need of roadside assistance call 1-[Number redacted for privacy and security]. -In the case of an accident or traffic stop Turo’s Insurance ID card is available on the app in “trip details”. License and registration will always be in the glove compartment. -A fuel cost fee of $10 plus costs of refuel will be charged if fuel is brought back on any level lower than what it was when the vehicle was given to the guests. -Using vehicles on a racetrack or for street racing or off-roading is strictly prohibited. Tire depth and tread is checked pre and post trip, any loss of tread or tire depth beyond what is to be expected for normal use will result in a hefty fee for the guest. -A late fee will be incurred for every 29 minutes late per Turo policy.

• Does the vehicle need to have a full tank upon return?

  All vehicles are given to guests with a full tank, and the vehicle should return with a full tank. Any fuel level less than a full tank will be charged to the guest. 93 octane gas is required. Any other fuel may damage the vehicle.

• What is the late fee?

  For every 29 minutes a guest is late to a pick-up or drop-off, they will be charged a fee per Turo’s late policy. Host is willing to work with guests if they'd like to pick-up or drop-off early.

• What is the cleaning fee?

  A cleaning violation fee will be charged to the guest if dirtiness of the vehicle upon return is substantially dirtier than when the vehicle was delivered. Barring dirtiness which is to be expected from normal use, weather conditions and trip location per Turo policy.

• Does this vehicle offer EZ-pass?

  EZ-pass is not provided. All tolls, tickets and traffic violations will be billed to guests expeditiously.

• What do I do in the event of a flat tire?

  If you get a flat tire during the trip we advise you to contact Turo’s roadside assistance immediately, then contact the hosts. If the damaged tire is repairable, it might be best for the guests to fix it. Incident information cards will be available to guests.

• What is a no-show?

  A guest will be considered a no-show if they fail to show up within 12 hours of trip start time, if they show up with an invalid or expired license or don't have the correct verification and if they send a non-approved driver to pickup the vehicle.
