Necip was an excellent host. He went above and beyond to ensure pickup and drop off instructions were very clear and straightforward. Pickup location was safe and well lit. The car was clean, in excellent shape, and ready to when I arrived.
My trip began quite late at night and I was concerned about an efficient handover of the keys, etc. -- Necip made sure everything went very well. I look forward to renting with him again during future trips to the LA area.
