J was amazing to rent from. Start to finish super simple process. I rented the car because my van was being worked on, he met me at the repair shop and picked up the car from my house. I would definitely rent from him again!!!!!

After first two turo trips were canceled, turo was able to book this for me and J Lapp was amazing the drop off and pick of the vehicle went very smoothly. He was great to work with.
