When parking the vehicle, please make sure it follows these requirements: • Vehicle is parked within a 2 block radius of the listed pick up address. • Vehicle is parked in a 2 Hour Residential Parking Zone Vehicles cannot be parked in the following: • No Parking Zone • Street Sweeping Zone
Guidelines
Rules & Guidelines: 1.) No smoking in the vehicle 2.) If you bring a pet in the vehicle, make sure the vehicle is brought back with all pet hair cleaned and removed. There will be a cleaning fee for animal debris. 3.) If you find a ticket, please put it in the glove compartment of the vehicle and alert the point of contact. 4.) TAKE PICTURES OF ALL 4 CORNERS AND ODOMETER OF THE CAR before and after rentals. This is the best way to document the condition of the vehicle before and after your possession. 5.) You may not keep your personal vehicle at the location of the rental. 6.) If you use any tolls, you will be billed once we receive the bill in the mail. 7.) The vehicle can only be parked at its designated parking address 8.) When returning the vehicle, please make sure you leave the key in the TRUNK and TEXT me and I will send the lock signal! 9.) If you have a slow leak in the tire or require roadside assistance, call the 24/7 Turo Roadside Assistance line, they will be there to help you out.
