Working with John was a breeze. He has impeccable service and make the experience easy and enjoyable. The vehicle was a joy to drive and kept in excellent condition. When the registration plates were about to expire before my trip, John took care of it immediately going above and beyond to send me new temporary tags and make me feel comfortable with the entire process. This was my first experience with Turo, and I'll never go back to the traditional car rental. John has an excellent variety of vehicles and is a great to work with. This was my second time using Turo with John, and once again he provided an outstanding experience! My original rental was in a wreck shortly before my trip and John did all the heavy lifting with Turo to get my booking changed out with a better car at the original price. Factor in the airport drop off and picking the car up at my Mom's house across town, I'll continue to use John's cars any time I'm back home in Wichita!

As usual, John was a superb host. Despite some nasty weather, everything still went well because of John's communication. I will continue to rent from John and strongly suggest others to do the same, should they find a need to use one of his vehicles, either for business or pleasure.

I was very wary when I considered using Turo. When you consider the variables, there is a lot that can go wrong...especially due to the fact you're renting from a stranger. I can't say enough good things about John though. Incredibly friendly and personable, flexible, and the car I rented was nothing short of a dream-like experience. This will have been the 2nd car I have rented from John and it was just as pleasant an experience as before. He was professional, punctual and friendly.
