As usual, John was a superb host. Despite some nasty weather, everything still went well because of John's communication. I will continue to rent from John and strongly suggest others to do the same, should they find a need to use one of his vehicles, either for business or pleasure.
John has the best customer service and good selection of luxury cars and unbeatable price that you can’t get from any rental car service. I got a Mercedes Benz for my wife for 2 weeks from John and my wife loved the car and same car if I go to rent it from someone it will be triple the price that John offers. It’s not only the price the quality of the cars are brand new inside and out and well maintained and smooth. He gave us exceptional service and responded to all our inquiries within seconds whenever we needed him to extend our rental. I never had this exceptional service from anywhere and it was my best experience and definitely recommend everyone if you need a rental you should go to John and get his cars and don’t waste your time and energy or money going to one of those companies who will rip you off rather go to John and I can guarantee you guys will have the same brilliant experience me and my wife had with him. We are looking forward to rent from him in future that’s for sure.

This was my second time using Turo with John, and once again he provided an outstanding experience! My original rental was in a wreck shortly before my trip and John did all the heavy lifting with Turo to get my booking changed out with a better car at the original price. Factor in the airport drop off and picking the car up at my Mom's house across town, I'll continue to use John's cars any time I'm back home in Wichita!

This was my first experience with Turo, and I'll never go back to the traditional car rental. John has an excellent variety of vehicles and is a great to work with. The AMG I rented was beautiful and made you feel even better driving it. I'll be a return customer every time I fly into Wichita. Great experience!!

John is a class act all around. Unfortunately the car I had originally rented was unavailable for the weekend and John upgraded me to a better vehicle for the same price! He delivered and picked up the vehicle which was in immaculate condition. It was a great way to celebrate.
John’s cars are always so clean, and John himself is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is always punctual and friendly. Whenever I use Turo in Wichita, I always check John’s inventory first.
I was very wary when I considered using Turo. When you consider the variables, there is a lot that can go wrong...especially due to the fact you're renting from a stranger. I can't say enough good things about John though. Incredibly friendly and personable, flexible, and the car I rented was nothing short of a dream-like experience. His vehicle and his character can be basically summed up as... flawless. If renting were always this much of an enjoyable, easy experience a Turo app wouldn't have been necessary.
