Could I ‘Drop-Off’ the vehicle earlier than scheduled?
Yes, that is fine. You can Drop off a vehicle ‘earlier’ but you cannot be ‘Late’ dropping off a Vehicle. Contact me through Turo first for Confirmation of earlier drop off.
Do you mind smoking?
Yes, I charge $250 for any lingering smell of marijuana or tobacco.
What are the ‘Late Fees’?
You have a grace period of 30 minutes when ‘dropping off’ a Vehicle, Each 30 minutes you’re late you will get charged.
Offer E-ZPass?
No, we do not have E-ZPass for the cars . You can still go through the E-ZPass Lane but you would get bill sent to you eventually of Toll.
Could I extend My trip if I wanted to?
It is possible for you to extend your trip you would just have to contact me first because it could possibly be booked for another client.
Can I come earlier than scheduled to ‘Pick Up’ a car?
No, you cannot come early to pick up any vehicle.
Does each car have to have a full tank before returned?
Yes, each car has to be returned with a FULL gas tank, not partial. We will charge a $10 inconvenience fee regarding Turo policy of Detail & Cleaning Services.

Car is terrible. Takes forever to charge unless you are lucky enough to find a fast charger. They were late to give me the car and then they gave it to us dirty. I returned it ten minutes early to not be late to work and they charged me and extra $53 for an improper return. Will never rent from them again.

The dispatcher was amazing but if you've never experienced driving an electronic car please get more acquainted with how they work.

The battery of this car is very weak. We were charging the car more than enjoying the trip. We do not recommend this car. It was terrible.
