Wonderful! The process of getting and dropping off the car was easy. The vehicle had no issues. It fit all of my family and our stuff comfortably. It handled the rain and hilly roads great. It was great on gas. The rental was much more affordable than a traditional car rental. We chose the premier insurance plan to go with it that covers everything at no additional cost including road side assistance, but we never had to use it. Would do business with this Turo and Bao again!

Comfortable but exciting, we loved having this car for our trip to the coast. The different driving modes feels like having 8 different cars in one. Do some research on charging and stations if you haven’t driven an EV before, but this car compromises nothing and made our trip extra memorable. Aaron was a friendly host and made us feel well prepared. Would love to drive this car again!

Great host, great vehicle and great experience. Car looked very new, very well maintained with no ‘surprises’. Everything worked, perfectly. Host was very communicative, available and responsive as needed and was always one step ahead of the process to help us along. If your looking for a larger vehicle that will seat 4 VERY COMFORTABLY, and has room for 6, great option. Very nice SUV, comfortable, advanced safety features and plug and play for your iPhone/Android. Milage was as expected, better than most SUV’s and not too painful to fill up. We will be looking forward to renting this vehicle again! Thank You Doug!!!

This was hands down the coolest car I’ve ever driven! Aaron was awesome to work with. Gave me tons of invaluable information and tips about the car and how to charge it. As well as an extension on when I would drop it off. Which I am eternally grateful for. I can not wait to rent this car again. It definitely spoiled me.

What a great concept. Our host was most personable, the vehicle worked great for our party of 6 for onefull week, and it was definitely the best value we could have hoped for.

Bao was amazing! My personal car got a flat on the way to pick up the Lexus. I was over an hour late and he was so kind. I also had to extend over & over. He was so accommodating!!
