A/C works great, it actually gets too cold you have to turn it off sometimes unless you like to be ice cold. Very well kept car. Pride in ownership. Thank you

Great Host👍🏽👍🏽 Garrett works with you, & he responds fast. The passenger window button doesn’t work & it takes a long time to charge your phone. Good on gas, & doesn’t take much to fill up.

We have some problems renting the car at the beginning. We pay for a car and when we came to pick it up, it was messy and dirty. We had to wait for him to clean it up. He told us the car came one day ago for a 2 weeks trip so he I didn’t have time to clean it. We had to tell him if he had another car because we were not comfortable to make the trip in this dirty car. After he check his inventory he offered us another car that was in decent conditions. The seats of the new offer were a mess but we didn’t have more options and time to consider. Garrett was nice but we were expecting a better service and of course, his cars were cleaner and in better shape.

I'm not afraid to admit when I make a mistake, and we did the other day. My weekend employee was supposed to have the vehicle clean and ready for you. It was not cleaned properly and I switched you over to this vehicle which was ready to go. I'm sorry you felt the need to leave a bad review on this nice vehicle. We do pride ourselves on having every vehicle ready to go for every customer at anytime of the day. I believe we are up to 85 vehicles so it is quite an adventure everyday. My apologies.
