•Apart from being TURO policy, we are not smokers and will not approve of smoking in the car. Please be courteous to us and others who rent and enjoy the car. If any smoking is done in the car there will be an additional $200-$400 detailing/disinfectant fee. Please know that we will never rent our vehicle if it has any type of smoke odor to it. We clean, disinfect, and deodorizer after every trip. •As much as we love pets, pets or any type of animal are not allowed in the car as others may have an allergic reaction to animals and/or may damage the interior. There will be an additional $200-$400 detailing fee plus damages assessed if pets or animals are in the vehicle. •Please note that the car ONLY takes 87+ octane gasoline or it may cause engine damage and you will be liable for any mechanical damages. •The car is not allowed for trips outside the state of Colorado

Exceptional First-Time Experience with Turo My first experience with the Turo app was nothing short of excellent, largely thanks to Edwin, my friendly and accommodating host. The entire process, from pick up to drop off, was seamless and stress free, which I particularly appreciated as a newcomer to the app. Edwin's role in making my first Turo experience a success cannot be overstated. His approachable nature and professionalism removed any potential anxiety, making the process smooth and enjoyable. The car was also in superb condition, driving smoothly and reliably throughout the duration of the rental. This gave me additional peace of mind and added to the overall positive experience. Given that I plan to visit Denver more frequently to see my son, I fully intend to continue renting with Edwin through Turo.
