1. Absolutely NO smoking/marijuana/vaping in the car – $250 detail/cleaning fee will be assessed. 2. Absolutely NO pets allowed in the car – $150 cleaning fee will be assessed. 3. NO irresponsible driving, high-RPMs, excessive braking, racing, drifting, drag racing, or track racing of any kind please! Tire tread depth is measured and recorded before and after each reservation. Excessive wear won’t go unnoticed. 4. Absolutely NO eating, drinking or sexual activity in the car – $150 cleaning fee will be assessed. 5. PLEASE refrain from parking this car head on to prevent ANY front under-bumper scratching or damage (car is very low). You will be personally responsible for any front-end damage incurred. 6. The car will start with a full tank of 93 gasoline. To maintain performance, only use 93 gasoline when refueling, and please keep all receipts as proof. Can also purchase option to pre-pay in advance for the refuel $75 as an extra. 7. If the car is returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee will be added! If you do wash the car, HAND WASH ONLY! You will be personally responsible for any damage during your rental, including stains and spills, trash, weird smells, damage to seats, scratched paint, curb rash, etc. Please take good care of the car and return it in exactly the same condition to avoid any penalties. 8. Please leave phone holder and charging cables in the car upon return to avoid $25 (each) replacement fee.
