Drive an hour to pickup the car and as soon as I started driving I could hear the brake pads dragging and as I slowed to stop I could feel them grinding against the rotors they claimed the pads were adjusted and couldn’t provide a receipt or verify the service so I cancelled the rental! I’ve owned Nissans and when the brakes make those noises they need to be replaced not adjusted and I was supposed to have the car for four days! Safety issues!!!
