When I was finally able to unlock the car using the Tesla app the inside was dirty, the outside was dirty, numerous dents that weren't shown in the picture. Because I wasn't able to unlock the car via the Turo app I wasn't even able to check in for my trip.

I just brought the car back from the car wash, wiped vacuumed and sanitized the interior. Car is well maintained where I can help it. There is slight body damage on the car, I wish I could fix it. Car drives perfect, and drives itself even better. Directions clearly say to use the tesla app for everything you need. I’m sorry this didn’t work out and I wish you reached out for assistance when you wanted it
