Unfortunately, this was our first bad experience with Turo. Firstly, the location of the vehicle was parked downtown away from the airport with no heads-up that would occur. We had to pay Uber $27 to get to our car, late at night, after a long cross country flight. When we arrived, it was in a clearly marked tow away zone. Luckily, it was still there. The vehicle was strongly air freshened to cover up the smell of pot. It wasn’t clean and had his personal items in the center console and glovebox. I really enjoyed seeing the “stay baked” headband. The vehicle fob was missing all its buttons. When asked I was told “you don’t need the buttons”. When the car started, it immediately gave a “service overdue 16,000 miles” and a had zero washer fluid and the windshield was really dirty.

Pick up location wasn’t where was supposed to be but Lenny offered to Uber me there. Did have an issue with the tires however everything worked out. Car drove perfectly. Thanks!
