This was our very first experience renting from Turo. Larry is a great communicator....always replying within a few minutes . He was great to work with setting everything up for our rental, The car location was easy to find, and the car was ready on time for us to pick up. We did experience mechanical problems with the car shortly after picking it up. We contacted Larry and he responded very quickly. He contacted Turo roadside assistance on our behalf to get the car towed to a repair shop, and we were given a full refund for the rental. Sadly, we didn’t actually get to use the car, but we are sure that Larry will get it fixed, and we would not hesitate to try renting from him in the future.
