Guidelines
🚭NO SMOKING🚭 If there is evidence of smoking or a lingering smell of smoke/marijuana or another bad smell there will be a cleaning charge per Turo’s Policy. 🧽CLEAN CAR🧽 The car will be completely clean, please wash and clean it before returning or purchase the post trip cleaning upgrade. If you buy a car wash make sure it includes interior vacuuming and place the receipt in the glove compartment. And make sure it's right before returning the car. That way if they do a bad job I know it's not your fault :) I recommend Zoom Car wash @ 3434 E Hammer Ln, Stockton I will always wipe down the car after every trip with a sanitizer but if I have to do more cleaning there will be a cleaning fee. 👮TICKETS👮 If you get any traffic or parking violations be sure to pay them right away, otherwise there will be a $20 convenience fee plus the cost of the ticket for me to handle it for you. ⛽FUEL⛽ Please put the correct grade of gas for this car, See Turo App 🩺 If anything goes wrong with the car, Warning lights, bad sounds or any leaking fluids, let me know right away. In case of an accident, the Turo Insurance ID Card is in the glovebox and is also available on the app when you view the trip details. Please take pictures of the vehicle info (license plate and VIN), driver’s license info, and insurance info of all parties involved. Please call Turo to report the accident immediately. Last but not least, drive safely and enjoy your trip! Pickup & return instructions Standard Pickup/Return is at Technique Towing. Please message me on Turo or tell someone at the front desk that you are here to pick up a Turo rental. If i'm not able to be there personally they will check you in. If you are returning late at night or on a weekend I will usually meet you there. In some cases I may not be able to meet you, call me when at the gate and I will remotely open it for you, then park inside the gate and leave the keys in the car. The gate is on a 1 minute timer so be sure to be in and out quickly. There may also be a Technique tow-truck driver around, if so you can give the keys to them. *****VERY IMPORTANT***** If you are running late please message me and you MUST extend your time on the Turo App, this is VERY important because your insurance ends at that time and anything that happens may not be covered.

Car was dirty from the beginning and Merry wasn’t available for the drop off.

I'm sorry you felt that way. I personally clean every single car, to make sure they are the cleanest they can be. I would have deffinitly fixed it before you took it if you had pointed it out to me. I am very reasonable in that regard, and always strive to make sure my guests have a good experience. The spill you left on the back seat was deffinitly not there when I gave the car to you, which is evident in the pre trip photos.
