This process allows me to verify that you possess a valid drivers license at the time of picking up the car. This also help's verify that YOU are at the car.. +Once I verify everything I will message you the pin for the key lockbox on the window in Turo messaging. +Enter pin code and pull down and out on the silver latch to open the lockbox. +The key is inside the lockbox. + Please store the lockbox in the center console for the duration of your trip. **If the pin is not entered correctly on your first attempt pull down the reset button located on the bottom middle of the key pad. I'm happy to help. Tickets If you get any traffic or parking violations be sure to pay them right away online go to the web address listed on citation. Otherwise there will be a $20 convenience fee plus the cost of the ticket for me to handle it for you. Fuel Please use regular unleaded gasoline for this car and return the car with a full tank. You can choose the option to prepay for the entire tank in advance and return the car on empty. Warning lights or Mechanical Issues If anything goes wrong with the car, Warning lights, bad sounds or any leaking fluids, let me know right away.  Incase of Accident In case of an accident, the Turo Insurance ID Card is in the glovebox and is also available on the app when you view the trip details. Please take pictures of the other parties vehicle info (license plate and VIN), driver’s license info, and insurance info of all parties involved. Please call Turo to report the accident immediately.
