We are having car troubles and my wife has cancer and we had multiple Doctor appts to go to. I think this is such a great way to rent a car without having to deal with the big car rental companies. Without this service appts would have had to have been cancelled /rescheduled and that would not have been good for my wife’s treatment. Plus since my wife is always cold the heated seats in the car were a great treat for her!! It’s my second time doing this and I have to say both experiences were great and hassle free. We were even able to extend our rental quickly and easily which was very helpful. We are looking forward to using this service again and know our next experience will be just as great as our last 2 were.!
