Guidelines
*Must be 25 and older to rent vehicle. *Must present valid license along with proof of insurance. *No smoking/ vaping in vehicle. $250 violation fee will be applied. *No animals/ pets allowed in vehicle. $200 fee will be applied. *If you lose the TESLA Key Card, a charge of $40 will be applied. *Dirtying upholstery, spills, stains, pet hair, or smoke removal will result in a $150 violation cleaning fee. *Please return vehicle clean as you received. Only go to a hand car wash. If not, the paint will be damaged. * When charging please move the car ASAP when charging is done otherwise an idle fee may incur ($0.50 per minute, $1.00 per minute when the station is 100% full). An invoice will be sent to renters at the end of the trip for the amount of any fees accrued. *Please return the car with at least 10% of battery charge but not more than 90%. Otherwise, a charging fee will be assessed. * If charging adapter (SEA J1775 adapter) is missing/lost, a charge of $125 will be applied. *If requested, a mobile connector and adapter in the TESLA storage bag would be located in the trunk. For your convenience, it can charge the TESLA at your home. It will charge 2-3 miles per hour. Please handle with care. If damage, a fee of $300 will be applied. * To add another driver to your trip, driver must be approved by TURO and we must approve. * During your trip, you are accountable for any damages. Notify us of any accidents and we will follow the TURO guidelines of reporting an accident.

Tamara was very responsive and provided the car in excellent condition. The touchless pickup and drop off process was smooth and quick. Even through we had an unfortunate incident on the road we still enjoyed this experience.
