Can I smoke in the car?
This is a hard NO. All of my cars are NON-SMOKING. You will be charged the full $150 violation fee if you smoke in my cars. Thank you for respecting this condition.
Is the car pet-friendly?
Yes, I welcome pets in the car. Please ensure you take steps to prevent nails/claws from damaging the leather. I also ask you vacuum out excess pet hair/fur to avoid additional cleaning fees.
Is EZ Pass included with the vehicle?
No. None of my cars come with EZ Pass transponders so if you intend on traveling using toll roads/bridges/routes it is highly recommended you bring your own EZ Pass. Most areas will use a toll-by-plate invoice method that bills non-EZ Pass commuters via mailed invoices. Once I receive the invoiced toll amount I will add that charge to your trip. There are no fees from myself or Turo, you are simply responsible for whatever the toll administrator bills me.
Should I clean the car prior to returning?
The car should be tidy upon return. We don’t require a full detail but any messes, spills, debris, etc should be cleaned up and/or removed prior to return. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee as expressed in Turo’s terms of service.

Omg this car doesn’t owe me anything, seated 4 people on our road trip, enough trunk space for our things, great on gas and super super clean I almost didn’t want to eat in it lol. My experience was grateful and outstanding. This my first renting a car through Turo and Chris. His car was clean from the inside to the outside.
