Do not rent this vehicle!!! I was stranded for hours because this car completely shut down on me. I thought it probably could need a jump and it would start up but that didn't work. It was not a battery issues! The host (Sofia) was absolutely NO HELP and did not seem shocked about the car issues. I should've read reviews before renting because it happened to someone a few months back. This women is renting a lemon and she needs to be stopped! My first and last experience using Turo because of Sofia. Thanks alot.

Hi Mike, I’m sorry for your negative experience. We did have a jump start issue once (not with this vehicle- but the other one we rent out) and had the battery replaced as soon as we got it. When we took this vehicle to get checked at the dealership we purchased it at, they found no issues at all with the vehicle. As for being no help, everything, especially mechanical issues must be communicated through Turo’s support team due to their insurance. It ensures the best experience for everyone.
