***Please read before booking. YOUR BOOKING THIS CAR TELLS US THAT YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS*** We have a small team who runs 75+ cars on this platform. Because of this, we have to plan time to manage our fleet effectively so we can create a great experience for all of our customers. To help us achieve this, please adhere to the following... - If you have reserved the car for pickup at the SLC AIRPORT, there are two options for pickup. 1. Parking garage. This is the most convenient option because it’s the closest parking to the terminal. You walk just a couple minutes to get there from baggage claim. The exit fee is more expensive. It will cost $5-35 to exit. 2. Economy lot. This is the default pickup spot. Meaning, if we do not hear from you regarding your preference, we will default to this option. To access the economy lot, you have to take a quick shuttle ride. The first shuttle stop is a 5 minute ride from the curb. We’ll always try to park the car as close to shuttle stop one as the parking capacity permits. Economy lot costs $2-12 to exit. - Return the car reasonably clean. Anything that takes more than a quick rinse or a quick vacuum will be subject to a fee. - Return the car with the same fuel level as when you received it. If this is not done, we will charge you for the fuel plus a convenience fee. - Pick up or drop off the car at the time you reserved it (we understand that flights are sometimes delayed and we will work with you on special situations like that). If you ever need to change your pickup or drop off time, you can easily do it in the Turo app even after your trip has started. - Absolutely no smoking or pets in the car. IF THERE IS EVIDENCE THAT THE CAR HAS BEEN SMOKED IN, A MINIMUM OF $150 WILL BE CHARGED. - The guest that booked the trip (“primary guest”) is financially responsible for all physical damage to or theft of a booked vehicle that occurs during a trip, plus any additional costs and fees resulting from damage of any kind to the vehicle, regardless of who is found to be at fault. This responsibility applies whether the primary guest has their own auto insurance or not. (Please see: https://turo.com/us/en/policies/terms) - We reserve the right to track all of the cars on our fleet using GPS tracking devices. - PLEASE USE COMMON SENSE when setting your expectations for rental cars. We work extremely hard to make sure that all cars are as cleaned and as well maintained as they possibly can be. However, our fleet is made up of ALL used vehicles and they will NOT be perfect. Do not expect to rent one of our cars and have it be in as good of shape as a brand new car. There will be wear and tear and there will be dents and dings, but the car will be prepared thoroughly for your trip and the maintenance will be current. • Where can I charge this car?

  The best place to charge this car is at a "Tesla Supercharger". You will be able to easily see where they are located using the GPS in the car. You can also use other ev chargers that are commonly located at hotels, business complexes, gas stations, etc. That being said, those chargers are not near as fast as the Tesla Supercharger. A Supercharger can charge the whole car in 15-60 minutes (depending on current charge) while other chargers might take 8 hours.

• How do I pay for the charging?

  When you take the Model 3 to a Tesla supercharger, it will automatically charge our company credit card. You will be shown the amount on the car's screen. After the trip is over, we will send you an invoice through Turo so you can pay for the charging. Depending on how much battery the car has when you start charging, supercharging will usually cost $5-25 per session (MUCH cheaper than gas :)).
