Parking details
The vehicle will be parked in the street. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The host for your rental will not be there to greet you in person. The key to the vehicle will be in a lockbox; the lockbox will be rolled up in the window. Turo requires that the host confirm that the person renting the vehicle is the one picking up the vehicle. To do this, you will be asked to take a selfie in front of the car. The code to the lockbox will then be sent to you. Apologies for the selfie step . . . it is a Turo requirement to maintain the insurance coverage on the vehicle.
Guidelines
No pets. $150 additional fee for any pet residue detected in the vehicle. No tobacco or marijuana smoking or vaping in the vehicle; $250 additional fee if there is an aroma of smoke. No towing or off-roading.

Do you have to plug this car into a power outlet?
No. There isn’t a way to plug the car in. There is a gas engine and a few batteries. The gas engine and the electric motors work so well together you will forget it is a Hybrid.
Is the car always in All-Wheel drive?
The car operates in two-wheel drive until the four-wheel drive is necessary.
