To whom it may concern, this is my first time being on Turo and I had a horrible first go around... the car was dirty and the axel was wobbling. The individual told me that if it cuts off just pop the hood and wiggle the battery cable... I am unsatisfied with this and would like to speak with someone

My experience seems to be different from most reviews. Nobody responded to my messages and after I got at the address nobody was there to meet me either. After ringing a door for a while and calling host, finally some person showed up, not a host but assistant. He checked and made photo of my driving license and proceed to a car (in a meanwhile realized they don’t have a key to it). Finally we got to a car and then he started to make photos of a car and gasoline level. It took another couple minutes to get all that checked (which could be done before). Eventually he passed me a key mentioning that it doesn’t lock car remotely and only can open it. Means you can open car on a key but to close you have to use physical key. After I sit in a car I was extremely disappointed by smell and condition of a car. I told that to assistant and returned a key, cause it is just hard to stay in that car. It is been 40 minutes into trip and he said he can’t use app and I need to text host to change duration of trip. I did that and eventually after 1.5 hours host called me and said he don’t know how to accept change request:| Can’t say if it is single case, but experience was horrible in that case.

Paul is very easy to work with, and has good reliable cars. Would definitely rent from him again.
