Car was nice, didn't have any issues with it, pick up location was easy to find and convenient from taking light rail, host was quick and responsive, would rent from host again.

We reserved a vehicle and we were told the day before the reservation began that the vehicle would not be ready for our trip, so the host offered another vehicle (same make/model/color).
The vehicle we received was in disappointing shape both cosmetically and mechanically.
The drive side mirror was busted and they tried to repair it using what looked like house paint. There were dents all over the exterior. The drive side B-pillar panel kept loosening/falling apart, it was out of windshield wiper fluid, all the wheel covers/rims were severely scraped, and the tires were nearly bald.
We could get passed all the cosmetic damage but how it drive mechanically was very disappointing. The car made a very odd rattling sound at around 20-20mph, it would shake when we hit 45mph, and it never felt like a smooth ride.
Our total (including fees) was about $100 a day so I don’t think it’s a good value. Would not use again.
