Car was great. Communication was wonderful and I appreciated the flexibility with timing. Pickup location was further than I anticipated especially with a lot of luggage but overall not a big deal. I got my steps in lol. Thanks for making my first turo experience a great one

Car was great to drive. Pickup was one stop away on Link and easy. Only complaint is that the battery seemed to drain faster than other times I’ve rented a Tesla meaning I had to spend more time and money charging. There was a hitch where they had to switch me from
One vehicle to another (both Tesla) a few days before the trip. But they were all over the details and it was pretty seamless.
