If your local pick, of flying in from out of state. The car will be ready at my location ready for pick up. This is easy and hassle free. The car drove fine and provided the service I needed, however it had some issues. The alarm starts every time you unlock the doors and it causes a disturbance. You have to start the car to get the alarm to turn off. Seems very odd. The tire light was on the entire time as well. It was a better price than many other cars so I suppose you get what you pay for.

The car ran fine and got me to and from where I needed to go. It was a little dirty when I picked it up on the outside and dusty inside or I would’ve gave a 5 star reviews. The communication was great and no problems.

Sanitation? Not at all! The car was FILTHY. There were stains in the back that looked like dried vomit. There were trash and garbage in between the seats. COVID sanitation was a joke. I wiped the steering wheel down and it came away black. No windshield washer fluid so we couldn't clean the windshield when it snowed and got salt on it from the road. The tire light was on the entire time. The car engine sounded like it was going to die at any moment. When we arrived to pick up the car the owner had completely changed the terms of pick-up/drop-off. Instead of him getting us at the airport and dropping him off we were given the car fast and sloppy. His kid showed up, jumped out, and said here's your car. A busy airport where you're not supposed to hang out so we were rushed trying to check the car out. The picture is a total lie and I will NEVER rent from Turo again. I'm sick and tired of them not vetting the people who rent their vehicles.

This is a very exaggerated review and should not tarnish the great service and reviews I have for this vehicle and all my other vehicles that are on this great platform Turo has. All cars are clean and maintained and served regularly.. it’s hard to believe that if this vehicle was in such terrible condition that the past 10 customers that rented this vehicle have given it 5 stars.
