Guidelines

Please return the car with full tank ⛽️ of gas. If you have added then post trip gas extra you can return it with gas at any level. I'm a reasonable guy however a cleaning fee up to 💲250 will be applied if there is evidence of: stains, smoke smell or pet hair.

  • What if I'm late ⏰ returning?

    Just communicate with me and everything will be ok. However, if you don't and if you are more then reasonably late Turo will asses a 💲20 late fee plus the cost of additional usage. Keep in mind sometimes the car is booked by another customer the same day so help me be courteous to the next customer by being on time.   • What if I decide to extend the rental period last minute?

  • Can I pay with cash 💵 for extras or an extension to the rental period?

  • What if the car breaks-down or I get into an accident💥?

    I wipe down all surfaces with antibacterial wipes.

  • What are you doing to prevent the spread of COVID-19?

    All pick-up and drop-offs are touch-less and I use antibacterial wipes on the inside of the car before each new customer.

  • What is the Turo remote verification policy?

Mihnea is a great host. He provided clear instructions for pickup, was lightening fast with his responses, and walked me through every step of using Turo for the first time. Car was great. Easy to drive and all the amenities you’d need…cables, cameras, space, sunroof, etc. Great price, super high quality. Will definitely rent again on my next trip!
