Are you flexible with extensions? What about adjusting pick-up/return time?
Extensions are always encouraged when possible (subject to car availability). You must request this through "Modify Trip Details" section. PICK-UP CHANGES: If you need to pick-up the car early, this is dependent upon vehicle availability and if car has been cleaned after previous rental. Please message us in app to inquire. If you need to pick-up the car late, please message us to let us know. RETURN CHANGES: You are welcome to return the car early. If you need to return late, you must request change through "Modify Trip Details" section and we will approve if car is available. If this step is not completed through app the car will be considered late and fees will apply.
Do I need to clean the vehicle before returning it?
We ask that you return the vehicle in the same condition you picked it up in. We don't expect you to go out and detail the car before return, but we do appreciate the car being tidy upon return.
How does communication work?
Turo requires all communication to be held in the Turo app, and we ask that you please adhere to this policy. It is IMPORTANT that you download the Turo app and turn notifications on, otherwise, you will miss important pieces of instruction for vehicle pick up.
How do I add an additional driver?
Please add drivers using the app or contact Turo Support.
What type of gas does the car take? Do I need to fill up the gas tank before returning?
Regular; we do ask that you fill the tank to the same level you received it at before return unless you opted for the prepaid fuel Extra.
What if I need extra mileage?
We do offer an "extra" where you can purchase unlimited mileage; if you are going to go over mileage by a significant amount, we do encourage you to purchase that extra. Otherwise, we charge per mile over the allotted mileage, which varies depending on the car, you can find the details on the trip details page of the app.
Are you flexible with the vehicle pick-up or drop-off location? Do you offer delivery?
Once you select a location, you will pick-up and return to the same location. We do offer FREE delivery to the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport.

This was a fantastic experience! We have used Turo dozens of times and this was the best experience yet. The pick up and drop off were super easy. The car was basically brand new and in perfect condition. The hosts were very responsive and communicated everything we needed to know. We will be using them again when we are in the area. I definitely recommend you do as well.
