If I could zero stars I would. I will first start by saying Khristina’s communication was extremely poor. I sent numerous messages pre and during the rental and got minimal to no responses but she read the messages. I paid $50 to have the slingshot delivered to where I was staying at 10am. She never delivered the vehicle. I then had to Uber to Xotic4rent and pick it up, effectively losing 2 hours of my rental as I waited until about 11:30am to finally go pick it up. I then had to leave my credit card on file with xotic4rent which I did not not feel comfortable doing since I already paid thru turo. The slingshot said it was a 2021 but in reality it drove like a 1990 piece of junk. Backing out of the driveway it said it was in drive but just revved the engine. Thank goodness no cars were coming up on me as I had my nephew in the passenger seat. The slingshot had problems shifting (it was an automatic) while driving 30-45mph and ultimately did not feel safe driving it on my 60mile trip I had originally rented it for. I messaged all my concerns to Khristina, but no response. Long story short I drove around siesta key and brought the slingshot back. $400 for about 25 min of use. DO NOT RENT!!!
