Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the vehicle. Only drive on paved roads in safe driving conditions. Leaving the state is not allowed without prior approval. Absolutely no smoking of any kind in car. Lastly, please be kind and return the car how it was received, clean and with a full tank (or save time and extra charge with the option to return the car with any level of gas).
