Thomas provided me with excellent customer service THE ENTIRE duration of my booking. Checking in/checking out were very easy and simple to do. He explained everything well to your understanding and also responds to messages in a timely manner in case of quick changes. The car rode to perfection! Definitely will be booking with him again, my next visit to ATL!

My wife and I decided to rent the BMW 4 Series from Thomas for our two-year anniversary. The car was a perfect mix between performance and comfort. The whole car was very clean and maintained well. Thomas was an excellent communicator, with almost instant replies to our questions and concerns. He was very flexible and made it a top priority to make adjustments according to our schedule. We would definitely rent again.
