I arrived late and they were able to accommodate. The car was 10 years old and had 100k miles which probably caused an issue with the battery. The host mentioned they had it inspected before I rented. I’m glad I didn’t drive too far away and so the host was able to help.
Turo support helped me process a partial refund. Overall as renters, we need to keep in mind the year of the car as it could impact your experience. I’m glad that the host was responsive and helpful.

Nicu is a great renter, we are sorry to hear in regards the issue with the battery, we have stress tested the battery to eliminate the issue to repeat itself, we found that the battery was drained, as per the text you sent me that you found the vehicle lights where on when you returned to the vehicle, with that being there it resulted to the battery not to operate as designed, we had 3 trips since your trip ended and we had no issue with the vehicle battery, Thank you for your business.

Nice clean car, a bit underpowered. Have to give it a good amount of gas just to get up a hill. (Even in low gear struggled)
