First they were late which made me late for my appointment . Then a day later they try to say I owe $31 in gas when I filled the car right near the airport, but they insisted I park in a particular parking lot rather than meeting me like I thought when I signed up. Being the thanksgiving holiday I had to drive around a couple times to find a space. They say it wasn’t full, come on it wasn’t full when I got it. They has a lockbox that wouldn’t work even though I was led to believe I would be met by someone. It took me 15 minutes to get a hold of someone. They told me to put keys in the trunk, I reluctantly did. Later they gave me a thumbs up that they found the car and key without a problem . 30 hours later they want my credit card for $32 extra gas. I explained that can’t be possible then all of a sudden they are claiming damage that isn’t there. I barely drove it. The owner isn’t even the one that drops off or gets the vehicle. I’m going to Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs and probably will need to hire a lawyer. What a scam. Will never use Turo again!
