The car will be charged to 80% whenever possible before the trip to ensure a convenient experience for you. ✅ Keep the battery level (state of charge) between 20% and 90% whenever possible to prolong the battery life. ✅ Return the car on-time and at the agreed location. This is important as Turo's insurance coverage ends strictly at the official end time as indicated in the app. If you need more time, please request to change the trip details ASAP using the Turo app. ✅ Reach out anytime if you run into any issues (e.g. technical difficulties, damage to car, late pick up or return).
