Speed & Handling: This vehicle is equipped with a speed tracker. Racing, tracking, speeding, performing donuts, or burnouts are strictly prohibited. Violators will face fines, Turo penalties, and may be liable for tire replacement costs. The tire tread is checked before and after each trip. Border Crossing: Do not take this car to Mexico. Border crossing is strictly forbidden, resulting in a fine of up to $5,000. Lost or Stolen Items: Please note that we are not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen during or after your trip with our vehicle. We recommend that you always check the vehicle thoroughly before returning it and ensure you have all your belongings with you. Fuel: This car runs on 91 octane or higher. Using regular fuel may damage the engine. Smoking: Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle is prohibited. A $250 fine and Turo penalties will apply for violations. Pets: No pets are allowed inside the vehicle. Return Policy: Ensure the vehicle is returned in the same condition as received, with the recommended gasoline and at the same fuel level. Vehicle Acceptance: Once you check in and begin driving the vehicle, all responsibilities regarding the car shift to you, the renter. From that point on, the host is no longer responsible for the vehicle. Airport Guidelines: We operate 24/7. However, for late check-ins between 12-1 AM, operations halt and resume at 7 AM. All required check-in details are shared once they're provided at least 24 hours in advance. Please submit two photos at least 24 hours before the trip starts: one selfie with your ID and another of just your ID. Vehicle location details are disclosed once these are received. Renters bear any fees due to not following instructions. Additional Information: For airport deliveries: Renters are responsible for parking ticket costs, which vary by airport. All vehicle photos are original. Fuel Policy: For the convenience of both the renter and the host, our standard fuel policy is a "return as received" system. This means you should return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as when you picked it up. Please take a moment to note the fuel level at the beginning of your trip.
