1. NO Smoking/Vaping in the vehicle. 2. Return car with at least same battery charge range. You will receive the car charge between 50-80% charge. Please do not run the battery down to 0% EVER. This damages the battery and can have an adverse effect on the car for future guests. For convenient and quick drop offs you can add prepaid EV for $30 dollars in the extras section. Just make sure to return vehicle with at least 20%. 3. Please return the car clean and vacuumed, it’s common courtesy and it keeps the platform going for future renters. For your added convenience you can also add post trip cleaning as an extra for $35. This will take care of the exterior wash and interior vacuuming. This doesn’t not include smoking or odor smell removal. 4. Supercharger idle fees are $0.50/min if car is plugged in and not actively charging and goes up to $1.00/min if all other stalls are filled, unplug and move from space BEFORE it reaches the charge limit to avoid fees. Supercharging fees will be charged to renter post trip. 5. Excess miles charged based on the duration of your trip. 6. You are driving the future of cars. It is not a gas vehicle and there is planning involved during your trip. The car is very smart, use the features to find where the nearest charging stations are and use them. Be mindful of other Tesla drivers and be respectful with their time. 7. Car is advanced and has multiple cameras that are forward facing, side facing, and rear facing that will be recording oncoming traffic and surroundings for your safety. It will not record the interior of the car. 8. There is a legal disclaimer that must be read on the vehicle's touchscreen prior to activating Enhanced Autopilot. Tesla does NOT YET offer a Fully Self-Driving car; the Driver is responsible for incidents when operating. Like all other cars, Tesla’s require Driver to be alive, awake, and alert at all times. 9. Please obey all traffic laws and stay safe. Speed may be limited if found to be driving recklessly. Do not exceed 85 MPH for any reason at any time. The vehicle is tracked via GPS and the owner will be notified via the Tesla app if the driver exceeds this speed and speed may be restricted. Renter/Driver is responsible for all legal violations including but not limited to Parking Tickets and Moving Violations. 10. Tesla’s work best using the supercharging network. Superchargers are strategically placed for optimized usage. Renters will be provided a home charging cable UPON REQUEST if they need to charge at home but it’s more efficient to use a supercharger. Please do not lose this charging cable. $500 fee replacement cost will be charged.
