Pick up and drop off were easy. Car needed maintenance and cleaning.

Quick response to questions throughout. Instructions were also very thorough. Bluetooth was easy to connect and also had a phone holder which was useful for setting the phone for directions. However, the car was very dirty with cookie crumbles on the floor and some footprints on the ceiling also had a slight cigarette smell. Also as noted in the description, the parking lot area was kinda deserted and rundown.
