Guidelines
We will charge a cleaning fee of $20 if the car is not cleaned when returned. We do not have FastTrak for the vehicle so all tolls must be paid by the Turoer renting the vehicle. If any toll violations occur the Turoer will be charged the toll fee, violation fee and our convenience fee (of $5). NO PETS or SMOKING ARE ALLOWED IN THE VEHICLE. If any signs are found that there were PETS OR SMOKING in the vehicle a $250 fee will be charged for detailing the vehicle. By renting our Honda Civic Sport you agree to the terms and payments presented in our Guidelines. Please treat our vehicle with respect as if it was your own and I am sure you will have an amazing experience. Josh was super helpful and friendly, very fast at responding to my questions and requests, and delivered the car to the airport ahead of schedule to make it convenient for us when we arrived early at the airport. The car was perfect for our Monterey and San Francisco trip. I highly recommend!
