I had a family emergency and had to leave my trip early. I reached out numerous times, and not only did I get ZERO response from the host, I also got numerous automated messages showing me that they obviously care very little about this service and the guests who use their vehicle. At a chaotic time when I needed to be with my family the most, it is so disturbing to me that they couldn’t even bother to communicate with me live, not even one time. I will never use this again, and am furious that this was something I had to worry about while caring for my extremely sick child.

They’re also extremely organized when it comes to the processes associated with checking in and checking out. I highly recommend them and I will be using them again on my next visit to San Diego.

Pickup location was ok but the hosts did not specify where was the car, we had to look around and find the car between all the cars parked around, loosing time and without any response from them.
The instructions for the process are complete and send automatically by the app, but there was no response from the hosts to any of the direct questions.
