How will we gain access to the vehicle at the airport?
When booking at the airport the vehicle will be dropped off in one of the economy lots at the airport. You'll take a shuttle from the terminal to the lot, and you'll be responsible for the parking fee leaving the lot. It should be about 10 bucks but could vary slightly. We'll cover the fee when you return the vehicle to the same lot. Recently the San Antonio Airport added an app to leave the paid parking lots. Please download the "Metropolis" App before your trip, so leaving the lot is seamless and easy. You'll need to add the car, by license plate, and a payment method to use the app. The day before the trip we'll drop the car off, and send you the space details and images of the location to ensure you can find the vehicle easily. There will be a lockbox on the car with the key, and after verifying your license we'll send the code to the lockbox.
